Stay voucher(s) you purchased will be sent to you via email upon payment. You can redeem the voucher by contacting hotel for reservation. Remember to mention the voucher code during your reservation.
This would depend on the payment method you opt for when you place an order:
Direct bank-in (ATM/Internet): Once you’ve transferred your payment, you may contact us by replying to our email to let us know about your payment. Alternatively, you may just wait for us to process your order. You will get your stay voucher within 24 hours after we verified your payment.
Credit/Debit card, OR Internet banking transfer: You will receive your stay voucher immediately at the end of the payment confirmation page. Meanwhile, you should also be receiving an email on the stay voucher within 1 hour.

Black out dates are the dates which hotel do not allow stay voucher usage, normally due to public holiday or festive season (high peak season).
